This is a quasi-experimental research method aimed at developing a time-delay device to protect electrical appliances from power surges due to power outages at an affordable cost. When testing the hypothesis that there is no significant correlation between the pre-test and post-test at significance levels of 0.01 and 0.05, the researchers could not provide sufficient evidence to support the null hypothesis. It was found that the voltage time-delay device is useful for electronics classes.
