You will work on answers to these and other questions while developing a corporate strategy. This teaching material helps you understand strategies and represent them both internally and externally. How do you manage knowledge, and what role does the business plan play? You will recognize ethical, social, ecological, and technological influences and respond to them appropriately. This teaching material is aligned with the guidelines for the professional examination of technical merchants, which will be conducted for the first time in 2019. It covers the performance criteria of the action field 2 "Corporate Management and Environment." The learning content and review questions support competency-oriented learning.
