The study investigates how business analytics techniques can identify the issues faced by mobile stations to increase revenue. This research is based on survey data from 2018 regarding mobile stations in Florida, USA. The sample size consists of 100 individuals surveyed at various locations, and different analytical tools were employed to draw conclusions. It was tested whether the store should invest in targeted digital advertising on Facebook and YouTube, and the conclusion was that it should, as it represents a worthwhile investment in advertising for the store owners. Based on all these tests, the observation of current trends, and extensive research on the power of digital marketing, it is strongly recommended that Mobile Station establish its own website as well as Facebook and YouTube pages, and create product-related content to attract customers to the store and even help increase revenue through word-of-mouth.
