Therefore, it is essential to address this issue through a coherent system of executive training that provides relevant responses to the needs of the institution and the processes it manages, as well as to its own characteristics and training needs, and to the environment in which it operates. The aim of this work is to propose a procedure that contributes to the development of measures for the preparation of personnel and reserves related to their economic training, based on a practical approach that depends on solving problems in the economic context of the entity, which is maintained in the necessities of change and in the requirements demanded by the strategic design of the organization. In this process, validation and practical implementation are supported through the application of various forms of training that align with the desired goal and are framed within the approaches to the preparation and development of personnel and reserves.
