The universal nature of behavior regulates the ethical dimension of the economy, giving it an international character. If we believe in the universality of this ethical character, we should consider the question of responsibilities regarding the internationalization of this ethical dimension of the economy. In an environment characterized by self-interest, selfishness, and pettiness, it is difficult for the economy to contribute to growth, which prevents economic aggregates from engaging with society and promoting legality and human dignity. The costs of non-ethics would account for about 25% of growth. The universal character of the ethical dimension of economic law would encourage healthy behavior among economic actors.
