Unheilvolles Lançon

May in Provence. The idyllic Château Richelme, located by the Étang de Berre, is an exclusive, award-winning Provençal winery – partly because the owners use the latest technology. When a camera drone flies over the vines for inspection, it accidentally captures a woman lying lifeless in the garrigue for a few seconds. The winemaker alerts Captain Roger Blanc, but by the time he arrives at the winery, the unknown woman has vanished without a trace. No one is reported missing, and there are no usable leads.

However, the people at Château Richelme arouse Blanc's suspicion: a famous winemaker who is dying, a winemaker who wants to sell the estate to a shady broker, an angry son who desperately wants to keep it, an old friend who is also a lifelong rival, and two employees who fear for their jobs. Each of them has more than one secret to hide. Ultimately, Captain Blanc realizes that someone at Château Richelme is willing to go to great lengths to achieve their goals, and that the unknown woman is not the only victim.
