The media repeatedly reports on cyberbullying and its fatal consequences. This novel addresses the sensitive topic in an age-appropriate manner.

It all starts with a harmless joke: Tabea and Yasemin log into their classmate Paula's social network account using her password and leave a fake love declaration. The next day, Paula comes to class with tear-stained eyes. But soon it is Tabea herself who is devastated: after a flattering chat with a supposed classmate, she is called a slut by complete strangers. How could incredibly embarrassing nude photos of her end up online? Together with Yasemin, Tabea embarks on an exciting and dangerous search for the perpetrator.

Judith Le Huray sensitively and vividly portrays the feelings of 13-year-old Tabea, who unexpectedly becomes a victim of cyberbullying. The novel offers numerous opportunities for identification and discussion for both girls and boys.

The extra light version significantly lowers the reading barriers. However, the content per page is identical to the light edition, and both can be read in parallel and are also suitable for special education schools.
