The now 10th edition of this exercise book has been completely revised, supplemented and expanded. The new edition is, due to its proven didactic preparation, still characterized by the pedagogical concern to facilitate the reader's access to civil law and furthermore to commercial, corporate and labor law. A brief overview of the main areas of law is provided as a guide to the respective fields of law. This is followed by a systematically arranged section with repeat questions and the corresponding answers. In a third part, there are exercises to train inductive recording and to deepen what has been worked out.
