Überwachung und Behandlung des Abwassers zur Einhaltung des BSB-Wertes

The main objective of the study was to analyze the industrial wastewater produced by the industry and the sewage for its suitability for domestic use. A sample of the combined industrial wastewater was taken and analyzed for relevant parameters to comply with the BOD values. The standard methods for the examination of water and wastewater, 20th edition, 1988, by the American Public Health Association were applied. It was found that all pollutants in the treated wastewater are well below the prescribed standards, meaning that the treatment system used in the industry is quite satisfactory. A sample of the sewage was also taken and examined for its chemical suitability for domestic use and for use in the factory.
