Birgit Karwath, born in 1963 in Biberach/Riss, has worked as a flight attendant and traveled around the globe for nine years. Her wanderings also took her to Bavaria, America, and Austria/Tyrol. Her last major journey was spent professionally as a hostess on a cruise ship. Since 2003, she has worked as a speaker/voice-over artist, and since 2018, she has pursued this profession full-time. Her great passion, alongside "speaking" into the microphone, is writing. In 2012, she published her first book, "Flamenco Blues." In 2020, her only child, Sven, passed away at the age of 26 in a tragic accident at sea in Croatia. Since 2009, she has lived and worked in Baden-Württemberg, Balingen.
