Trauma-Yoga

Traumatized individuals, whether affected by abuse, mistreatment, an accident, or war, can be deeply hurt and feel betrayed by their bodies, as these have not been able to keep them safe and they also suffer from pain. Complete healing of a trauma requires establishing a connection to one's own existence, including the physical body.
