A training of movement coordination is a central component of the training at all age levels, in the training of young people in all kinds of sports as well as in school and health sports. In addition to an overview of the theoretical principles of movement coordination, the book presents a methodological approach to coordination training that spans all sports, especially with children and adolescents in various fields of activity. In the practical part of the book, this methodology is developed for individual sports and fields of movement using numerous examples. The book is aimed at teachers of sport in all types of schools as well as at trainers and coaches in the field of children and youth. The numerous examples do not represent ready-made lesson plans, but provide methodological tools and content modules for a systematic and at the same time versatile approach.
