The latest work by Tite Kubo, the creator of 'Bleach'. It has always been believed that dragons are fictional creatures. But they are real - just like the deaths in London for which they are responsible. However, the general population is unaware of their existence, as only the residents of Reverse London are able to see them. There, in the city on the flip side of London, the two witches Ninny and Noel work for Wing Bind, an agency dedicated to the protection and control of dragons. But most of their trouble comes from their charge Balgo: a boy who seems to attract trouble magically and keeps the two on their toes.
