"tibits" (from the English "titbits" = small treats) was founded 10 years ago by brothers Christian, Daniel, and Reto Frei, along with Rolf and Marielle Hiltl. Since then, "tibits" has been on a successful path with "greens." The three brothers, who are vegetarians themselves, pursued the idea of a vegetarian restaurant without ideological baggage, leading to the creation of a unique restaurant concept with recipes from around the world in collaboration with Hiltl.
