Thorgal 13. Tödliche Sonne

Surprised by a storm at sea, a group of Vikings discovers a baby in a strange boat. The rescued child is named Thorgal Ägirsson. His story is that of a man who is subjected to a severe trial by the gods and, throughout his adventures, uncovers the secret of his origins. At the mercy of the gods' wrath and the envy of men, he is forced to confront power-hungry rulers, narrow-minded gods, mythical creatures, forces of nature, and fanatics. Although he often performs the most incredible feats of heroism, at heart he is a thoughtful person who wishes to live peacefully in the embrace of his family. Yet time and again, he is compelled to face the harsh world and its challenges to defend his existence.
