Product details
The reading booklet 1 contains all the important uppercase letters in German, introduced with many images, simple words, rhymes, and short poems. Following the proven principle of 'frequent first, rare later,' basic letters and letter combinations are introduced before rare ones according to the foundational reading concept. These are the so-called basic spellings (Thomé, since 1992), which account for about 90 percent of all spellings in German. Most of these basic spellings are included in this reading booklet 1. Basic spellings: first (90 percent) Secondary spellings: later (10 percent).
