The complex issues require a flexible psychotherapeutic treatment concept that does not focus on a specific technique. This therapy tool combines various approaches and always targets the individual needs of those affected. It provides a large pool of techniques, exercises, and tasks that can be drawn upon as needed. In addition to classical psychoeducational and behavioral therapeutic methods, techniques from the third wave of cognitive behavioral therapy and from depth psychological pain treatment are also included.
