Theater- und Musikrecht

The Theatre and Music Law is a collection of standards published by the German Stage Association and includes the collective agreements concluded with the artists' unions: Standard Contract Stage, as of September 1, 2023, Collective Agreement for Musicians in Concert and Theatre Orchestras, as of February 1, 2021, as well as the agreements concluded with the Association of German Stage and Media Publishers and with the major collecting societies GEMA and GVL in the field of copyright law. This allows everyone involved in the performing arts or legally engaged with this subject to quickly inform themselves about the relevant regulations.
