The illustrator and graphic designer Jörg Müller has uniquely utilized the medium of picture books for critical engagement with contemporary society. In addition to the numerous award-winning picture books, mostly created in collaboration with Jörg Steiner, Müller has dedicated himself particularly intensively to the theme of the Middle Ages. Through his meticulously documented and highlighted works, he has significantly fostered interest in this era.
