Die Frau des Serienkillers

Beth and Tom Hardcastle live in the small, idyllic town of Lower Tew and are envied by everyone. They have the perfect marriage, the perfect house, the perfect daughter; in short, they are the perfect family... at least until the day the police arrive and take Tom into custody for murder. This marks the beginning of a daily torment for Beth, as the neighbors cannot believe that she knew nothing of Tom's actions. Initially, Beth defends her husband and insists on his innocence. However, over time, it becomes clear that she also has her own secrets that her friends and neighbors must not find out about, not to mention the police.
