The New Adventures of the Grand Vizier Isnogud 3

Isnogud is back! In five brand new short stories from the pens of Jul ('Lucky Luke'), Laurent Vassilian ('Isnogud: Like Father, Like Son!'), and Olivier Andrieu, the wicked Grand Vizier attempts, as usual, to become the Caliph instead of the Khalif. This time, he relies on the help of a slimy advisor, a magical elixir, and an enchanted chess game. Additionally, he discovers a seemingly overlooked examination that could lead to the Caliph's deposition and encounters a painter whose portraits have a very special effect on their subjects. The illustrations for three of the stories are once again by Nicolas Tabary, who, however, wishes to focus on his own works in the future and has therefore handed over the drawing duties for the last two stories and the subsequent volumes to Elric Dufau, known as Elric.
