Easy and efficient cooking. 100 vegan, vegetarian, and flexitarian recipes - ranging from basics like sausages, couscous, lentils, rice, asparagus, and potatoes, to soups, salads, main dishes of various kinds and origins, and even desserts and drinks including cocktails - are presented in the book for easy replication. The creations come from both emerging and established European chefs. Accompanied by entertaining and informative excursions about the history of the kettle, its flexibility, capabilities, potential, and economic properties, the book is structured in a didactic and systematic manner. The kettle is ultra-lightweight, environmentally neutral to clean, applicable anywhere electricity flows, and consumes very little energy. Thus, it represents an extremely cost-effective, flawlessly functioning, and unmatched mobile kitchen. Artists from the Berlin and Vienna scenes are working on a collaborative, interdisciplinary, European project for the visionary visual realization and unconventional dissemination of this innovative recipe collection.
