"The Effectiveness of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy" is a comprehensive study that examines the efficacy of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) in women with breast cancer. The research analyzes how CBT affects quality of life, marital satisfaction, as well as depression and anxiety. Using a quantitative methodology and standardized questionnaires, such as the Enrich Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire and the Beck Depression Inventory, data were collected from women who visited medical centers in Tehran in the second half of 2019. The results indicate that CBT has significant positive effects on the quality of life and emotional well-being of the participants. This work provides valuable insights into the application of CBT in the psychological support of cancer patients and contributes to the existing literature on psychological interventions in oncology.
