The early bird

Morning hour has gold in its mouth – under this motto, Berlin-based illustrator Constanze Guhr gathers a wealth of culinary and creative ideas for the early hours of the day. It begins with morning rituals for the perfect start: yoga, meditation, swimming, jogging, painting, writing, or simply staying in bed and happily crumbling homemade white bread. How you shape your morning is entirely up to you. Even those who are not morning people will get into the swing of things after a while and can decide what they want to eat based on this book: superfoods like granola, falafel, sabich, fruits, and vegetables, or perhaps something savory like French toast. Comfort and warmth can come from a broccoli cream soup or delicious pancakes. How about a change of scenery for breakfast? In the park or by a lake?
