Product details
The term "divorced will" is used in the literature to refer to wills with which a divorced testator wants to ensure that his former spouse receives nothing or as little as possible of his estate. The task of the present work is, for example, to show a divorced testator possible courses of action to prevent his former spouse from participating in his succession. First of all, it is shown what has to be done in order to prevent a direct succession of the divorced spouse after the death of the testator. In addition, it is shown what possibilities there are to prevent the indirect participation of a child in common with the divorced spouse in the estate by means of a right of inheritance or a right to a compulsory portion.
