Horses as learning partners provide clear and unambiguous feedback on human behavior through their body language. They focus on fundamental themes, reduce complexity, and provide impulses. Andreas Eisele addresses the perspective of what design a didactic concept for horse-assisted training requires to initiate self-organized competency development in participants and to transfer this authentically into their (professional) everyday life.
