This textbook and exercise book contains teaching content for the training professions of metalworker, construction mechanic, and plant mechanic for the 1st to 4th year of training. It can be used as a supplementary teaching resource as well as for self-study. It is divided into four parts:
Part I: Professionally typical, practice-oriented customer orders organized according to the learning fields of the curriculum. An overview facilitates the assignment of tasks to the learning fields and professional groups.
Part II: Learning areas with the same methodological structure, derivation of formulas, and application examples for solving the tasks presented in Part I. With their help, the tasks can be solved in class as well as in self-study. Additional tasks and in-depth study. New: complete revision of the chapter on static calculations.
Part III: For further study, for high-achieving students, and for the preparation of schoolwork and final exams, additional practical tasks are offered.
Part IV: An opportunity to review the mathematical foundations required for vocational training and to close any gaps.
