Doing right by all people is an art that no one can do. High demands are placed on teamwork. The same applies to team leadership: mastering the art of harmonizing the goals and expectations of the company and those of the employees in the best possible way. This teaching material deals with fundamental aspects of employee and team leadership: influences from the leadership environment, the possibilities of the leader and the building blocks of success in team development.

The learning objectives and content of this teaching aid are based on the module descriptions of the Swiss Association for Leadership Training (SVF), which will be valid from 2013.
