This book is a further development of the bestseller 'Reiki - The Second Degree'. Twenty years after its initial release, Eckart Warnecke has not only completely revised and updated the original edition in this new release, but also expanded it with several new chapters. He has added a comprehensive chapter titled 'The Foundations for True Healing' before the special chapters on the techniques and applications of the second degree. In this chapter, he presents essential approaches from the Hindu-Buddhist context as a basis for later work. Additionally, there are new chapters addressing topics such as 'Reiki with Children', 'Treating and Preventing Burnout', and 'Overcoming the Fear of Impermanence and Death'. The author lives and works in the Lüneburg Heath, where he offers Reiki initiations and advanced courses at his center.
