Prerequisites: Prior knowledge based on Tambourine 1. Target audience: The course is aimed at children aged seven to ten who are learning German in Germany and abroad without prior knowledge. The active participation of the students is at the center of the lessons from the very beginning. The teacher increasingly takes on the role of a facilitator, introducing new language material or exercise techniques, then stepping back and allowing the students to carry out the activities themselves. This gives students the opportunity to learn through exploration and to consciously apply their skills, while also allowing the teacher to intervene specifically where help or guidance is needed. The exercises and games are designed so that students can carry them out independently in pairs or groups and can partially monitor their own progress. The textbooks feature colorful, imaginative illustrations.
