Talk-Box 2 - Für Paare

"In music, a "talk box" is an effect device for changing the sound. Hanna Schott not only wants to change the pitch of the voice, but above all to improve communication - with two "talk boxes" that the author from Haan has now published together with the Berlin pastor and communication trainer Claudia Filker. The orange card box is for family, friends and groups, the green one for couples. Each contains 120 questions in a decorative tin box (examples: "I would like to change this bad habit" or "Love for me is . . ."), which are meant to serve as door openers for extensive and above all honest conversations, ten thematic complexes and six to eight game variants. Schott has already tested the game with her sister-in-law - and didn't get very far: "We had a conversation alone that lasted about two hours about a holiday I would rather not have taken," laughs the 51-year-old. The card game ("not as hard as 'Therapy' . . .") has only been available in bookshops for a few days, "but it has already had much more resonance in the media alone than we thought," the author marvels. Because no matter whether you have lived with someone for 20 years or only meet them once a month in a discussion group: "There are many things we don't know about each other.
