Talentmanagement durch Trainee-Programme

Kerstin Nesemann presents a systematic and differentiated investigation into the impact of various design elements of trainee programs on their goal achievement and, consequently, on the success of the program. The main research-oriented objective is to derive and empirically test hypotheses regarding the relationship between design elements of trainee programs and their goal attainment. The implementation-oriented goal is to develop design recommendations for the efficient and effective structuring of trainee programs in practice. These recommendations are based on the results of an empirical survey.
