Taekwondo Kids

Taekwondo Kids offers the first practical guide to the Korean martial art of Taekwondo, specifically written for children and teenagers. It serves as supplementary material for training and provides an introduction to the sport. With simple, easy-to-understand language and numerous relevant illustrations, all exercises can be practiced without difficulty. Taekwondo Kids is structured as a textbook. The individual sections are organized by belt colors, and in addition to a comprehensive introduction to the sport, all corresponding techniques and forms in Taekwondo are included to facilitate progression to the next belt level in the World Taekwondo Federation system.
