Systematisches Fallrepetitorium Verfassungsrecht

Systematic, demanding and academically oriented, the case collection conveys the entire exam-relevant knowledge on state organisation law and fundamental rights, in particular on constitutional complaints, disputes between organs, abstract and concrete review of norms, substantive state organisation law and the function as well as the system of intervention and barriers of fundamental rights. The cases, which build on each other, enable targeted exam preparation at the predicate level. The formulation of the case solution is based on the expectations of the examiners, and the same formulations are used for recurring examination sequences, thus sensitising the reader to certain forms of expression. An overview of the main points of the case and an index facilitate access to the cases and independent repetition of the knowledge relevant to the examination.
