Supervision und Coaching in der VUCA-Welt

In this book, experts from academia and practice reflect on challenges for supervision and coaching in the VUCA world from a wide variety of perspectives. The aspect of research-based learning and reflection of theory-guided and action-relevant concepts and methods also serves to promote application-oriented research and teaching in academic and professional lifelong learning. Science and practice work together to raise the profile and professionalism of coaching and supervision. The goal-oriented examination of the VUCA world in the field of counselling unfolds a special flavour especially against the background of a research-accompanying practice and a humanistic, ethics-sensitive image of man, provides impulses for research, teaching and practice. The volume emerged from a joint exchange over several years and joint educational cooperation and research interests between KU and the European Coaching Association EASC.The articles were discussed in a congress with academics, trainers and coaches/supervisors working in practice and serve, among other things, to standardise supervision and coaching training and as a basis for the development of a cooperative master's degree and certificate course.
