Triptych

The triptych consists of three images that do not represent stages of a dramatic narrative but rather provide three scenic aspects on the theme. The first: our societal embarrassment at the death of a person. The second: the dead among themselves, their slowly dwindling conversations at the Styx, where there is the eternity of what has been, but no expectation. The third: the living in the inextricable relationship with the deceased partner, who, no matter what the living does, cannot be rethought.
