Die Experimentelle Philosophie in der Diskussion

Philosophers often invoke intuitions in thought experiments. But are these intuitions also shared by other philosophers or by philosophical laymen? And by what factors are they actually determined? For some years now, experimental philosophers have been using empirical methods to get to the bottom of such questions. Their results are sometimes astounding and have caused quite a stir. The present volume allows leading representatives and opponents of this growing movement to have their say and aims to bring this debate, which has so far been conducted mainly in English, more strongly into German philosophy.
