Successfully learning with ADHD in school and university! ADHD - Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. About five percent of children and adolescents in Germany are affected by this syndrome. Approximately 60 percent of them carry their ADHD into adulthood. Until then, they often struggle with a combination of self-doubt, motivational issues, and frustration. Additionally, ADHD poses a significant obstacle to focused learning. Difficulties in school and university, poor grades, or problems in the workplace are the consequences. However, with the right strategies, it is possible to manage one's ADHD and work successfully with it. Diagnosis of ADHD: a curse and a blessing at the same time! ADHD (and also ADD) has not only negative aspects. Many affected individuals think unconventionally and are inventors. They are persistent and passionate about things that interest them.
