Stress- und Emotionsregulation

The established training "Strong in Stress" promotes skills for stress management in a multimodal way: through the body, thoughts, and behavior. Improving these skills reduces perceived stress, physical complaints, as well as depression and anxiety. The manual is divided into 9 modules and is primarily designed for a group setting, although elements can also be applied in individual settings. The 2nd edition has been expanded to include approaches from hypnotherapy, systemic questioning techniques, and findings from oxytocin and embodiment research. It includes online materials for conducting the training: presentation slides for each session, a companion booklet for the training, a free training app, and MP3 files for mindfulness and relaxation exercises.
