The aim of the book is to provide thorough knowledge in the field of asset criminal law. The focus is on the interpretation of laws. Historical and criminological references are only discussed when they are essential for understanding a norm or a legal principle. The dogmatic sections are kept concise unless there is a contentious issue with significant consequences for the application of the norm. In contrast, those sections that present more or less disputed legal principles with practical implications are explained in detail.
