In line with the concept of the series, this work is primarily aimed at law students in their first semesters and aims to present the basics of criminal law, special section, in an understandable and comprehensive manner. The textbook makes a deliberate selection of those offences and problems which experience has shown to be important in the first semesters and thus for the orientation and intermediate examination. Offences against the person and the general public as well as property and financial offences are dealt with in one volume. A large number of smaller cases are used to illustrate the problems and enable students to successfully master examination papers in the undergraduate programme. Further notes, criteria for exam assessment, special exam tips and exam schemes supplement the presentation and contribute to clarity.
