This dissertation presents the land registry treatment of condominium ownership from its registration to its deletion. The work specifically answers the question of which legal documents must be submitted to the land registry office when establishing, amending, or extinguishing condominium ownership. It also addresses the responsibilities of the land registrar concerning the land registry recording of condominium ownership. Furthermore, it demonstrates to what extent the land registry can serve as a means of publicity for the legal status of individual condominium owners.
