How can pupils be inspired and the contents of the lessons not only be conveyed in a purely cognitive way? How do you also deal with a very heterogeneous learning group? The solution: with station learning. This modern form of teaching enables students to learn independently, self-determined and cooperative. As an introduction, the method of station learning and its practical implementation in class is briefly explained. In the practical part, the most important curriculum topics of mathematics lessons in the 7th grade are then dealt with. Here the topics assignments, percentage calculation, rational terms, geometric figures and stochastics are dealt with. The students are introduced to the respective topic at four to nine compulsory stations and various additional stations.
