Schweizerisches Strafrecht, Besonderer Teil I: Straftaten gegen Individualinter

The special part of the Criminal Code has been expanded since the last edition to include various new or revised offenses that need to be explained: the unlawful receipt of social benefits (Art. 148a StGB), forced marriage (Art. 181a StGB), the amendment of the hacking offense (Art. 143bis para. 2 StGB), concealment (Art. 185bis StGB), revised sexual offenses such as the exploitation of sexual acts and pornography (Art. 195–197 StGB), as well as other, less significant changes. The extensive practice of the Federal Court has been incorporated in its current state and is critically analyzed. Independent positions have also been subjected to critical evaluation and revised where necessary. The work further includes references to selected publications. A legal index and a detailed subject index facilitate the use of the new edition.
