La technologie, l'humain et le droit

New technologies have profoundly changed our environment and caused major shifts in our way of life. This highlights the importance of developing legal rules that are adapted to the challenges of society 4.0. This book collects the contributions of doctoral students in law who were interested in this topic during a seminar organized in Neuchâtel by the CUSO. The analysis of the place of human beings in a society in which the contours are defined by law and technology leads to questioning the role of the state in the definition of the rules applicable to new technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain, as well as analyzing the influence of private actors in the regulation of our activities in the cloud. The contributions deal with various topics such as social networks, data protection, liability, and cybercrime.
