The main part consists of 30 stories from Danuser's tenure from 1978 to 2008, including topics such as Heidiland, the Glacier Express, snow polo, alphorn journeys, the St. Moritz brand, celebrities, Chicki Micki, anniversaries, and the Gourmet Festival. Danuser also shares stories about his life before and after, his election and departure, as well as many other episodes from behind the scenes.
