Spuren im Erbrecht

This Festschrift honours Paul Eitel on his 65th birthday. The topics of the contributions by more than 40 authors focus on inheritance law or have interfaces with inheritance law. Numerous contributions deal with innovations in the revision of the law of succession, which will come into force on 1 January 2023. The first controversial discussions are already emerging. Other contributions deal with current questions from practice or show interfaces with personality law, care law, the Code of Obligations or criminal law. The Festschrift covers doctrinal questions as well as practice-relevant topics, which also corresponds to Paul Eitel's field of interest and activity; it is therefore of equal interest to practitioners and academics.
