Distributed and Sequential Algorithms for Bioinformatics

This unique textbook/reference presents unified coverage of bioinformatics topics relating to both biological sequences and biological networks, providing an in-depth analysis of cutting-edge distributed algorithms, as well as relevant sequential algorithms.
