Sportliche Trainingsplanung

This is a proposal for improving training with a corresponding subject plan, aimed at determining the importance of sports training planning, incorporating it as a core subject in the Physical Activity and Sports Science program at Universidad Mayor de San Simón, and thus training sports scientists capable of planning various training cycles. To this end, a study was conducted, the results of which indicate that the main problem is that the theoretical knowledge of sports training planning in various sports disciplines can only be inadequately implemented in practice. Without sports scientists who can systematically apply sophisticated training cycles, systems, and programs—ensuring a correct teaching and learning process in training—the success of athletes' optimal participation in international competitions and the enhancement of their peak performances in Bolivian sports is diminished.
