Sportliche Talente erkennen und fördern

This course can be used directly as a semester course. It addresses performance heterogeneity in sport based on the following questions: (1) How can talented athletes be supported on their way to top performance in sport? (2) How can sports lessons be designed to accommodate the different learning and training requirements of students? Theoretical concepts, empirical findings, and practical examples on the development, diagnosis, and promotion of talented athletes will be presented.

The study courses in the series "Heterogeneity in Teacher Education" are designed and tested for use in teaching and are also suitable for in-depth self-study. Each study course consists of a didactic introduction and digital materials, such as worksheets, presentation slides, and handouts.
